Step out of Bailies Cottage in the morning to stroll down to the river, through the estate’s historic rock gardens. Cast a line in the Deveron with the guidance of a dedicated ghillie, or simply enjoy taking a long walk along its banks, returning to the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm. We don’t offer check-in on Thursdays or Sundays.
Check-out is before 10am, we offer late check-out on Sundays only.
