Welcome to our Highland Coos!

It’s a most exciting (and incredibly cute!) step in our journey in embracing regenerative agriculture on the estate. We’re really thrilled to be growing a fold of our own highland cattle to sensitively graze our farmland.

While you stay with us, you’re sure to see some of these majestic animals, and you’ll soon be able to add a guided highland coo experience on to your holiday to get up close to some of our fluffy friends!
