Butlers Cottage
With artist-painted box beds and original artworks, Butlers Cottage is a beautifully crafted traditional estate cottage overlooking the Deveron Valley.

Your Booking

Before making your booking, please familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions.

Our experiences are available to resident guests only. We do need notice to organise experiences on the estate, normally a minimum of one week.
You can add extras to your booking in our guest portal.

A 50% deposit is required to make your booking, with the balance due two weeks in advance of your holiday.
Payments can be made via our secure payment gateway, accessed via our guest portal.

We do not offer refunds in case of cancellation, but we do offer you the opportunity to purchase refund protection insurance up to two weeks before your holiday. This can be added via our guest portal.

We are a licensed short-term letting business, regulated by Moray Council.
